Beckstoffer Vineyard Georges III is one of Napa Valley’s most revered sites — a piece of living history originally planted to vine in 1895 by Elizabeth Yount Rutherford. Developed by Georges de Latour in 1928 and launched to fame by Andre Tchelistcheff in the 1960s, “G3” is a 300-acre plot in the heart of Rutherford that continues to produce benchmark expressions of cabernet sauvignon.

Tucked between Conn Creek Road and Silverado Trail, Beckstoffer Vineyard Georges III comprises gravelly, sandy loam soils — noted for yielding wines with incredible complexity and elegance. Since 2009, 181 acres have been a designated and protected heritage site.
